I would highly recommend this company.
Two installers were sent the day of installation. They were both courteous and professional! They arrived on time and immediately dismantled the old system and prepared the space for the new system! They were very efficient and worked well together as a team. Following the completion of their work, they ran the furnace and explained the functions of the thermostat in great detail!
I want to thank both Gemini and Roman for their attention to detail, answering our endless questions, and removing all remnants of their work! I would highly recommend this company and these two employees!

From the moment I called to set up my appointment to the in-person visit to winterize my swamp cooler, I received outstanding service. The technicians showed up on time, were totally respectful of our home, answered all my questions, and were very friendly. I thought the service was priced very fairly and that I got a great value.

The heat went out at my mothers house. I called the people who installed it initially. Then called Controlling Systems. The had a technician out and it was repaired before I got a call back from the first company. Service is ALWAYS Polite, professional, friendly (big plus in my book) and efficient. Very professional
Very professional! Have used Controlling Systems for the past few years for swamp cooler start up and shut down. This time the installed a Halo water system. So far very happy with the system and continue to use their team for future needs!
